The Friendly Cleaning Co can be registered with the local police as your nominated key holder if you live away from the area. This will mean that in the event of an emergency they will be able to contact us and we can attend promptly at any time of day or night. This also enables us to be available for scheduled deliveries and warranty repairs and as emergency contact during lets. During the winter we can check your property and turn on your heating as and when required and under your instructions.
Your guests can be provided with our contact number in case there is a question, problem, fault or a health and safety issue at your property.
We understand the necessary legal obligations of letting a holiday property; we advise you what they are and help you to remain legally compliant. We carry out a general risk assessment as part of our service.
